We are committed to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience & satisfaction. We welcome your feedback and try to enhance the shopping experience of our customers, while working on your feedback and we are always ready to go above and beyond for our customers.

RETURN POLICY

Customers can return their order within 05 days of the order delivery.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The product amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment "3-5" business days after we have received the returned products and quality check is done.
Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on support@Elevate Goods with your Order ID mentioned.
Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in your Elevate Goods account to place the order for the new product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Model Ordered, Incorrect Size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 30 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

How long the refund procedure takes?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 Business days.

Where should I return my product?

You are requested to courier the product back to us at the address mentioned on the package and we will reimburse courier charges incase of manufacturing defects only.

We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days later.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Note

We never ask for your Credit/Debit card numbers for initiating refund. Please never give Credit/Debit card numbers and OTP to anyone and also to elevate goods

Shipping policy

What is the Shipping Philosophy of Elevate Goods promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

What is the delivery time period ?

Orders within India are delivered within 4 - 8 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and difficulty of reach.

Do you apply any shipping charges ?

Elevate Goods offers Free Shipping on all orders — COD. No hidden charges, no surprises. Just seamless delivery to your doorstep anywhere in India!

How do I track my order ?

A shipping confirmation SMS as well as Email will be sent when your purchased product has been shipped with the tracking details, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way ?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it ?

We know how important your order is! Elevate Goods provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
